A local entrepreneur believes that it is important for local businesses to support each other and help drive Fiji’s economy.
Mana Coffee, previously Weta Coffee (Fiji) director Mue Bentley Fisher made the comment as they launched their new identity at their flagship café in Suva on Wednesday.
Ms Bentley Fisher said going local was the key to their sustainability.
“We established the business initially with a New Zealand coffee partner, however in the current environment we’ve had to reset and look locally for a more viable, long-term option,” she said.
