A new development. Reporter this was definitely a chaotic scene here this morning. First responders headed back and forth between the two sides of the highway. Thats because the first accident happened here on northbound highway 101. And the second in the opposite direction. The first crash happened shortly after 2 00 this morning. This is dash cam video taken by another driver on highway 101 just before the crash. You can clearly see that another car passes him, going in the wrong direction on northbound 101. That driver later crashed into another car. The wrong way drivers car burst into flames, and he was killed. The other driver suffered major injuries.
