(Lanza Tech) Carbon Recycling Facility leads the way in production of sustainable materials with world leading certification — The Beijing Shougang LanzaTech New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. a joint-venture between carbon recycler, LanzaTech, Shougang Group Co. Ltd., a leading Chinese iron and steel producer, Tangshan Caofeidian Beijing-Hebei Cooperation Green Industry Investment FUND, Shanghai Dehui Group Co., Ltd., its New Zealand partner, TangMing Group (Wellington) Investment Ltd. and Mitsui Co., Ltd. have announced that their first commercial ethanol facility has earned Roundtable on Sustainable Biomaterials (RSB) certification under the RSB Global Advanced Products Standard. The facility, which utilizes LanzaTech technology, is the only commercial RSB-certified facility in China, and the first of its kind anywhere to receive this key certification for carbon capture and utilization.
