Commentary: Gov. Newsom's Education Plans May Be Tone Deaf to Black Parents' Concerns

Gavin Newsom has made public education a top priority, with initiatives such as the "California's Family Agenda" and the Master Plan on Career Education to improve equity and outcomes for all students, but only 27% of Black voters agree that Newsom is doing enough to improve educational outcomes for Black students.
