Clare County Council Keep Well Initiative: Switching Off And Keeping In Contact

The ‘Keep Well’ campaign is aimed at showing people of all ages how we can mind our own physical and mental health and wellbeing by adding healthy and helpful habits to our daily and weekly routines. It will provide guidelines, information, and tips on how we can make a plan to do things that are good for us every day.
On Thursday’s Morning Focus, Gavin Grace spoke to Cora Gunter, Senior Executive Librarian, Clare County Library and Patricia Anne Moore, Chair of Clare Older People’s Council about switching off and keeping in contact with others.
