City Fitness moving to Depot District
Michael Tesh loves to take the old and turn it into something new. He did that when he took the old Lexington Farmer's Co-op building into the modern, glass-walled City Fitness gym.
Now Tesh has purchased a 50,000 square-foot-building in the Lexington Depot District at 600 S. Salisbury St. near Bull City Ciderworks where he plans to locate several of his businesses under one roof. He will move City Fitness, which opened in the old Farmer's Co-op building in March 2016 on East First Street; The District Group, a realty company he recently opened in the old National Body Paint building on Noth Main Street with partners Josh Tackett and Andrew Childers.
