COLOMBO (News 1st); Chinese Ambassador to Sri Lanka Qi Zenghong declared open an Electronic Library funded by the Chinese Government in the Attorney General’s Department on Wednesday (19), confirmed State Counsel Nishara Jayaratne, the Coordinating Officer to the Attorney General.
