Chilton County School employees overpayment lawsuit settled

On Wednesday, a settlement was reached between Chilton County Schools Superintendent Jason Griffin and Chilton County employees, Christie Payne and Shellie Smith, after nearly two years of deliberation over repeated payroll mistakes.
