FORMER deputy Inspector General of Police Charity Katanga has been arrested for being in possession of property reasonably suspected to be proceeds of crime.This follows an investigation by the Drug Enforcement Commission (DEC) through its Anti-Money Laundering Investigations Unit (AMLIU).DE
