Chamber contest winners light up Kalona just in time for Christmas
The winning home, presented by Kevin and Angela Kron at 1141 Oriole Drive. When visitors tune into a specific radio station, the display is set to music.
The second-place home, presented by Leroy and Lisa Nida at 208 F Place.
The third-place home, presented by Craig and Heidi Morrison at 409 D Ave.

The Kalona Area Chamber of Commerce sent Christmas elves out on the evening of Friday, Dec. 18 to evaluate all the lighted homes in Kalona, adorned with all different kinds of holiday decorations from strings and strings of lights, lawn ornaments, inflatable creatures and nativity scenes. The Chamber even had to recruit more judges because there were so many illuminated homes around town.
