Causeway Hospital: Three cautioned over 'Auschwitz' anti-abortion signage at Coleraine hospital

Police have issued cautions to three people after removing an anti-abortion sign featuring an image of the infamous Auschwitz Nazi concentration camp from a Co Derry hospital.
