Capitola Housing Element readied for final approval

A council vote of approval would end a process that began late last year. Stakeholder meetings kicked off in November 2022, followed by two community workshops, an online survey and several rounds of review and feedback from the City Council, Planning Commission and California Department of Housing and Community Development.
