Canadian treasure hunter says cryptic puzzle clues point to Halifax and St. John's

Decades ago, an artist buried 12 treasures across North America. Nine remain under the ground. One treasure hunter thinks he's cracked the code and found not one, but two, of the remaining treasures. And he thinks they're both in Canada.
