canada: Canada risks more than $37 billion in clean tech as incentives in limbo

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau's Liberal government has pledged a bevy of investment tax credits worth some C$27 billion over five years to spur investment in green tech, partly in response to generous incentives on offer in the US for more than a year.
