Bristol Public Schools to close Friday to observe funeral for fallen police officers

Bristol Public Schools will be closed Friday in observance of the joint funerals for the two Bristol Police Department police officers killed in the line of duty last Wednesday, Superintendent of Schools Catherine M. Carbone said in a letter to families on Monday night.
