Alisa Fraser recently showed off the results of her hard work during the F45 Eight Week Challenge, where she went to daily 6.30am sessions and coupled the exercise with intermittent fasting.
'We are both passionate members of F45 and enjoy running or beach walks if we can't find time for the gym,' Lysandra told FEMAIL.
F45 is a 45-minute functional fitness class that encompasses total body movements including squats, lunges, rowing and chest pull-ups.
