Bill to fund University of Northern Colorado medical college passes through Colorado House committee

House Bill 24-1231, which could provide UNC with $127.5 million to build a 100,000 square foot facility to house the college, took another step following a 12-1 vote of the House Health & Human Services Committee. The bill now moves to the 11-person finance committee where it will be heard and considered at a later date.
