Benjamin Ferencz, last surviving Nuremberg war crimes prosecutor, dead at 103

Benjamin Ferencz was the lead prosecutor in the Nuremberg trial of 24 leaders of the Nazi Einsatzgruppen death squads that led to their conviction on war crimes and crimes against humanity and he also called for the criminal prosecution of the Bush administration officials who waged an aggressive war against Iraq in violation of international law.
