Barrasso introduces bill to use unobligated COVID-19 funds to fund southern border wall construction

WASHINGTON, D.C. – United States Sen. John Barrasso, R-Wyo., introduced legislation Tuesday that would require unobligated COVID-19 funds be used to finish building the wall along the Wyoming southern border.
