Hotelier Mikhail Avrutin sold a waterfront mansion in Fort Lauderdale for $23 million.
Records show AV2412 LLC, a Florida corporation managed by Avrutin, sold the home at 2412 Laguna Drive to 125 Ocean Drive Holdings LLC.
Avrutin is the owner and developer of Baltic Hotel Group, which operates two hotels in Estonia. He is also the president and founder of AFP of North America, according to his Linkedin page.
Avrutin has been active buying and selling houses in South Florida. Last year, he bought a waterfront home in Boca Raton for $5.5 million. And in 2019, he sold a Boca Raton mansion for $13 million.
The hotelier bought the Fort Lauderdale property for $4.9 million in 2018. The next year, he demolished a structure and started construction on a new single-family home, according to Broward County records. The home was finished this year.
