As vaccine efforts continue, Tippecanoe County moves into 'red' status, meaning high community spread

LAFAYETTE, Ind. – Tippecanoe County has been moved into the “red” category designated by the Indiana State Department of Health Wednesday, meaning the county has high community spread of COVID-19.
This is the first time the county has been designated as “red,” previously holding an “orange” distinction for weeks, which meant there was medium to high community spread.
