Army chief returns home from Zambia

Chief of Army Staff General Aziz Ahmed returned home on Thursday upon completion of his trip to Zambia.
He left Dhaka for Zambia on April 30 at the invitation of Commander of the Zambia Army.
During the visit, Chief of the Army Staff paid courtesy calls with the acting defence minister of Zambia, commander of Zambia Army, acting commander of Zambia Air Force, commandant of Zambia National Service and commandant of the Defense Services Command and Staff College.
At that time, Chief of Army Staff visited various training facilities at Zambia’s Defense Services Command and Staff College. He then gave lectures to the trainee officers on military diplomacy of the Bangladesh Army.
