Gov. Hutchinson approves mission for 500 Soldiers, Airmen to support 59th Presidential Inauguration
The soldiers being deployed are primarily from the 142nd Field Artillery Brigade based in Northwest Arkansas and Airmen from the 189th Airlift Wing.

WASHINGTON D.C., DC — According to the Arkansas National Guard, Gov. Hutchinson approves the mobilization and deployment of approximately 500 soldiers to support 59th Presidential Inauguration.
The soldiers being deployed are primarily from the 142nd Field Artillery Brigade based in Northwest Arkansas and Airmen from the 189th Airlift Wing.
The 59th Presidential Inauguration is considered a National Special Security Event, like all presidential inaugurations.
