Apartment building wants to strike punitive damages from suit of man who suffered spinal fracture

PITTSBURGH – A Pittsburgh apartment building owner is seeking to strike punitive damages from a lawsuit brought by one of its tenants, arguing that its alleged negligence caused him to fall on an icy sidewalk and fracture one of his lumbar vertebrae.
