Aldermen grant permission to raze Mitchell Street building for new apartment development

A development proposal that would raze in the razing of the former Grand Department building at 1101-1113 W. Historic Mitchell St. to make way for an apartment building development was granted approval by the Common Council on Tuesday morning, not without a qualifier.
