'Take Care of Maya' trial: Defense claims $220M case created 'chilling' effect on medical child abuse reports

On Friday, jurors in a $220 million case against Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital that was at the heart of the Netflix documentary ‘Take Care of Maya’ are expected to hear from a psychologist, a pharmacist, and an employee who worked in the hospital’s billing and coding department as the defense continues arguing its case.
