A librarian from Portland will compete on ‘Jeopardy!’ Tuesday

Another Portlander will compete on the Tuesday, May 11 episode of “Jeopardy!” Lara Phillips, a librarian, will take on the challenge of putting answers in the form of a question. Phillips’ fellow players will be returning champion Juliet Mayer, a graduate student originally from The Plains, Virginia. Mayer’s previous two-day winnings total is $53,200. Also competing will be Jeff Mitchum, a teacher from Dixon, California.
