A 36-floor tower is proposed near Brightline in Lauderdale - South Florida Sun-Sentinel

A 36-floor, 364-foot tower is planned west of the Florida East Coast Railway tracks near the Brightline train station in downtown Fort Lauderdale. The project is the latest in high rises earmarked for the Broward Boulevard area in the station's neighborhood.
