2 men charged in 'road rage' murder at Oregon coast

Two men have been arrested and charged with murder for allegedly killing a man during a road rage episode in Siletz.
Gavin Whitehawk Epperson, 27, and Donovan Eugene Carey-Bennett, 23, both of Siletz, were arrested Tuesday evening and face charges in connection to the shooting death of Richard Allen Mann, 36, of Logsden.
'Road rage incident'
According to a probable cause statement, Epperson told Lincoln County Sheriff's Office Det. Abigail Dorsey  he "intentionally shot Richard Mann several times with a firearm in the cemetery on Government Hill Road ... after a road rage incident on the night of February 19, 2021 and caused his death."
