How about a cold beer on the house to help take away the sting in your arm from getting vaccinated for the coronavirus?
It’s the approach New Jersey health officials and a dozen breweries in the state are taking to encourage people who have yet to get a vaccine to make an appointment.
Anybody 21 and older who gets their first shot in the month of May may take their vaccination card to a participating brewery for a free beer as part of the “shot and beer” program, Gov. Phil Murphy announced Monday.
