101 new COVID-19 cases reported in county on Thursday

The county has 27,923 positive cases and the death toll is 771.
In Luzerne County, there are currently 53 patients hospitalized with COVID-19, seven adult patients are in ICU and two require the use of a ventilator.
To date, 39,236 county residents have received partial vaccinations and 64,835 have received full vaccinations.
Statewide there are 4,746 additional cases, bringing the total to 1,059,044.
The state reported 42 deaths and the death toll is now 25,327.
There are 2,451 patients currently hospitalized in the state, 517 adult patients are in ICU and 245 require the use of a ventilator.
In Pennsylvania, 3,723,884 residents have received a partial vaccine and 2,073,705 have been fully vaccinated.
