Our vision is to fulfill the needs of the community and help God's people by providing counseling, education, housing and food distribution service one persona and one family at a time.. . . ABOUT US:. . After completing college at theology school the Lord lead Bishop Melvin Spivey to start and outreach ministry in September 2000. The focus of attention would be: Counseling, Education, Housing and food distribution.. . In 2004, Bishop Spivey was ordained as a Pastor by God's Time Ministries, Kingdom of God, Apostle Betty B. Bodwine, Pastor.. . After serving for 10 years as a Director of Outreach Ministry, Dr. Spivey under the leadership of Bishop Grant d. Williams, Jr. PhD, Bishop Anthony Webster and several other bishops, supported Dr. Spivey to attend the School of Bishops to become a bishop after several endorsements by ministers and political leaders. At the program he met Bishop Joseph Bass, who being led by Spirit felt lead to, because of his anointing, to have him attend the School of Bishops for one year. Then in 2010, Bishop Spivey was consecrated as Bishop, assisted by Apostle Jimmy Douglas Mickens and Apostle Norman Davis. Several families and friends were there to witness this special occasion.. . In April 2012 we had our first honorary degree ceremony in which we gave away 12 honorary degrees to local pastors. We gave the following degrees: Doctor of Humane Letters, Doctor of Divinity, Doctor of Theology and Doctor of Pedagogy.
