Luther College honors lives lost to racism, xenophobia and religious intolerance Search: April 23, 2021 At 8:15 p.m. on Wednesday, April 21, more than 100 small flames could be seen flickering in front of the Center for Faith and Life on the Luther College campus. College Ministries, in partnership with the Black Student Union, hosted a candlelight vigil to honor and hold the memory of people murdered due to racism, xenophobia and religious intolerance. “I hope that the event provided a safe space for individuals to grieve and mourn with the support of each other,” said Rebekah E.
