Very cozy and inviting 2 bedroom cottage sites near Balch Lake in East Wakefield New Hampshire. There is a true relaxing feeling here with a great kitchen and sunroom to enjoy as well as a deck with a view of the lake.. . The cottage is a great place to come and relax. The feeling of being by the lake is amazing. The neighborhood is also usually quite, and the nights are very enjoyable. Definetly has the simple life kind of feeling to it, but also is a reasonable distance from NH attractions.. . Guests will have the cottage all to themselves. The only area that is private is the garage located next to the house.. . Guests will not be disturbed during their stay. Kate and I want our guests to have a private and relaxing stay.. . What we love about the neighborhood is the fact that it is located on a peninsula and when we go for walks, we can always see the lake while we walk along the road. We also love how warm the lake water gets in the summer and is great for swimming.There is also quite relaxing summer nights.. . There is plenty of parking at the cottage. There is plenty of space for 4 cars. Unfortunately, there is no public transit in the area.
