We have been living in Connecticut for 18 years and have decided that it's time to bring a taste of the South to the North.
That's right, we're talking about Southern-styled Chicken and Waffles.
We fell in love with this combo with a trip to California to visit our family at the Waffle House.
Chicken and Waffle styled restaurants are becoming a staple throughout the United States but haven't made its way up North yet.
It is my dream to bring it to the North- Connecticut.
