She was honorably discharged after five years of active duty and is currently a member of Trust Vets – an organization of veteran owned businesses. Connie is also an advocate for newly separated veterans, making sure he/she has a smooth transition back into civilian life. . . Connie has extensive business experience as both co-owner of Q1 Consulting Services LLC and also working in a corporate role for many years prior to starting her consulting firm. Her company provides back-office administrative support to small business owners in a virtual capacity, and has been providing these services since 2001. . . Connie’s goal is to make her client’s real estate experience a fun and simple process. While real estate transactions can be far from simple, as an agent, Connie wants her clients to feel like it is. With her experience in the business world, she will share her knowledge of marketing, technology, communication and organizational skills, and apply that to her real estate business. . . Connie grew up in the western suburbs and currently resides in Buffalo, MN. She’s been married to Joe (also a veteran) for 28 years.
