Sentinel Staff LANSING The Michigan Occupational Safety and Health Administration inspected and issued COVID-19 safety citations to 23 different workplaces with violations, the state announced Friday. Twenty businesses were cited for COVID-19 emergency rules citations and three others were fined for general duty citations. Each citation carries a fine of up to $7,000.
