The body was transported to the Brevard County Medical Examiner s Office where an autopsy will be conducted to determine the exact cause of death.
It was the second death to occur at the beach since May when a 58-year-old Kissimmee man died during an attempt to save an 11-year-old struggling to swim in the waves.
There have been six confirmed ocean-related drownings since the beginning of the year, according to Chief Eisen Witcher of Brevard County Ocean Lifeguard Division.
Last year, there was one confirmed ocean-related drowning, Witcher said.
