Staff report Hopedale Medical Complex Hopedale Medical Complex recently showcased the outstanding employees that are a part of their complex. The April Employee of the Month was awarded to Larissa Griffith, Purchasing Lead, of Hartsburg. Griffith has been a part of the HMC team since December 2020. In her nomination, she was praised for the work she does in tackling challenges and offering solutions to create a smoother workflow. Chelsea Lowe, ADON, nominated Griffith and commented, “Larissa goes above and beyond to help provide efficient solutions. She works closely with her staff to provide the nurses with the supplies they may need.” ....
Hopedale Medical honors Birdsell and Colgan The Courier Hopedale, IL - Hopedale Medical Complex employees strive each day to advance the mission and vision that is rooted in the foundation of the medical complex. Teresa Birdsell from the Environmental Health Services (EHS) Department at HMC was named as the January Employee of the Month. In her nomination, EHS Manager Kathy Roach shared, “Teresa has been our go-to staff member for after-hours Terminal Cleaning throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. Teresa has kept a positive outlook and a determined demeanor throughout the entire pandemic.” In May of 2021, Birdsell will be celebrating a milestone employment anniversary of 25 years at the complex. ....
