Feb122021 Levit Green, Houston - lakefront Levit Green, Houston - master plan Hines and 2ML Real Estate Interests’ plans for the development of Levit Green, a new 53-acre life science district in Houston, are taking a major step forward with the release of renderings of the mixed-use development’s first phase. A 270,000-square-foot building will serve as the centerpiece of the project’s initial stage. Designed by architectural firm HOK, the laboratory and office building will include such life science-related features as 100 percent redundant emergency power, enhanced structural vibration attenuation and augmented mechanical systems, as well as space that can be arranged in a variety of collaboration-friendly configurations. Georgia man arrested for defrauding elderly MGN Online and last updated 2021-02-05 15:52:51-05 THOMAS COUNTY, Ga. (WTXL) â The Georgia Bureau of Investigation, along with local law enforcement, have charged a Georgia man with six felony counts of exploitation and intimidation of disabled adults, elder persons, and residents. The GBI was requested by the Brooks County Sheriffâs Office to initiate an investigation into multiple thefts of monies from an elderly couple in Brooks County. During the investigation, GBI discovered thefts totaling more than $20,000 in Brooks, Thomas and Colquitt Counties dating back to November 2020. Agents expect that number to increase as they receive additional financial records related to the thefts from various businesses. ....
This photograph of some of the staff of the Rockville Hotel was taken in the summer of 1947. They were all well-dressed which would have been normal in hotels in Salthill at the time, porters would have worn swallow-tail coats and waitresses proper uniforms. The Rockville was originally a guest house owned by a Mr Kelleher who was a member of the RIC. It evolved into a small comfortable hotel owned by O’Neills (“Private bathing from the Hotel, Phone Salthill 70” ) and later by people named Hynes. As the Rockville it had high standards and was fully licensed. ....
