THE digitalisation of health and care services have left some patients feeling excluded throughout the coronavirus pandemic. Healthwatch Swindon asked people to take its Covid-19 survey from April to July 2020 to find out about the challenges patients were experiencing while trying to access health and social care. Neighbours feared the lack of parking or close bus stops near the Park Lane pharmacy as well as the 788-metre-longer walk along a narrow and busy footpath under the railway bridge to reach the other branch made it far less accessible to elderly or less mobile customers. ....
