Clyde Allman Clyde Allman SEYMOUR Clyde H. Allman, 79, of Seymour, passed away peacefully, December 16, 2020, at St. Francis Hospital in Greenwood after a 2 year illness. Clyde was the youngest child born to Raymond V. and Maudie Ethel Allman in 1941, in Dudleytown, IN. He graduated in 1959 from Crothersville High School as the valedictorian. On November 21, 1965 he married Elaine Blizard at Central Christian Church in Seymour. He was an industrial engineer at Cummins Engine Company and retired after 30 years of working both in Columbus and Seymour. Clyde was a mentor to many during his lifetime. He had the unique ability to teach and inspire young engineers, teenage baseball players, masonic members and friends. Before his illness he volunteered as a driver of the VA van taking veterans to Louisville for doctor appointments. He was a 50 plus year member of the Brownstown Masonic Lodge # 13 and also a plural member of the Medora Masonic Lodge #328. He had s ....
