Police: Cohoes Man Stalked, Harrassed Teen in Walmart Parking Lot Police say a 15-year-old girl was in the parking lot of the Walmart on Hoosick Street when a man started following her while yelling sexually explicit things in her direction. The underrage girl was uncomfortable and unnerved, and told him multiple times to stop, but he wouldn t relent. According to CBS 6 News, the incident occured on Monday in the parking lot of the Hoosick Street Walmart located inside Brunswick Square. According to the report, 911 was called after the teenage girl locked herself in a car out of fear, while the man was still in pursuit. Dunham was accused of stalking and harrassing the underage girl after police say he followed her throughout the parking lot, shouting sexually explicit things her way. TROY, N.Y. â New York State Police in Brunswick recently arrested Christine M. Werneburg, 50, of Albany. Police said they stopped Werneburg as she traveled on Hoosick Street in the city of Troy, after she attempted to change lanes and almost sideswiped a patrol car. When the trooper interviewed Werneburg they observed sign of impairment and Werneburg was administered the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. While performing the tests, Werneburg removed a glass smoking pipe from her shirt and threw it. She is also accused of attempting to ingest a small quantity of crack cocaine in an attempt to destroy the evidence. ....
