A young student has been found dead under mysterious circumstances in the washroom of a madrassa affiliated with the Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan, in Islamabad. An FIR was registered under Section 302 of Pakistan Penal Code for the death of Habib Tehsin, 12, at Jamia Amina Zia ul Banat on August 10. The FIR was registered on the complaint of Habib’s uncle Muhammad Naeem. The madrassa is located at Kahuta Road, Humak, Islamabad. The police said that it was affiliated with the TLP. According to Naeem, Habib had been at the madrassa for the past 10 months. Habib hailed from the small city of Farward Kahuta, Azad Jammu and Kashmir and his father is in Japan to earn a living. CDA lifts 1,700 tons waste of sacrificial animals July 24, 2021 Islamabad: On the directions of Chairman Capital Development Authority Amer Ali Ahmad, the civic agency had lifted 1,700 tons of waste of around 87,000 sacrificial animals during Eid-ul-Azha from the various location of the federal capital. Capital Development Authority (CDA) has deputed 100 vehicles and more than 2,000 staff to carry out cleanliness duties in the federal capital and dug up 80 pits in 40 locations to dispose of remains of sacrificial animals. In addition, two emergency cells in G-6/1/4 and the transport section of the sanitation directorate worked day and night at the Fire Headquarters in G-7/4 to carry out the cleanliness operation. ....

APP ISLAMABAD/RAWALPINDI: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has divided the federal capital into four zones to carry out cleanliness drive on Eidul Azha. According to the CDA, the civic agency has deputed 100 vehicles and more than 200 staff to carry out cleanliness duties and dug up 80 pits in 40 locations to dispose of remains of sacrificial animals. In addition, two emergency cells have been established in G-6/1/4 and transport section of the sanitation directorate will work day and night at the Fire Headquarters in G-7/4. According to a press release issued on Tuesday, these decisions were taken in a meeting which was presided over by CDA Chairman Amer Ali Ahmad.
