Denis Christopher Barry, 74, pleaded guilty in Bundaberg District Court on Tuesday to two counts of indecent treatment of a child under 16. The court heard the teen, who was unknown to the defendant, was sitting outside Coles at Hinkler Central in October last year when Barry sat down beside her.
