Roscow Road in Kearsley is to be closed by Bolton Council today until next Monday in order to resurface the road causing medium delays . Wigan Road, on the junction with Broadwalk, in Westhoughton is set to experience severe delays today as United Utilities put temporary lights in place in order to repair a manhole. Lane closures are also to remain in place in St George s Road and St Helens Road in Bolton until May 28 for the council to carry out gully repairs.
