A bench of Justice DN Patel and Justice Jasmeet Singh told the petitioner to approach the Delhi government first with fresh representation.

Jaswinder Singh Jolly, in his plea filed through Advocates Naginder Benipal and Harpreet Singh Hora, states that the self-reliance of hospitals having their own oxygen supply chain in form of oxygen plants on lines of hospitals in Indore, West Bengal, Commonwealth Covid Care Village (Delhi) is imperative in order to prevent the large scale loss of life which has happened in Delhi during the COVID-19

CAT reverses Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti decision, allows candidate to appear in TGT interview ANI | Updated: Apr 21, 2021 14:43 IST New Delhi [India], April 21 (ANI): The Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) on Tuesday reversed Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti decision and allowed a post graduate candidate to appear in Trained Graduate Teachers (TGT) interview. The Principal Bench of CAT in New Delhi today allowed a candidate to sit in the TGT (Social Studies) interview by Navodaya Vidayalaya who was stopped from sitting in the interview illegally by the Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti. Earlier, the Court had sought reply from the authorities and while hearing the final arguments, it reversed the decision of the Navodaya Samiti and allowed the plea of the candidate and has allowed him to appear in the interview.

Delhi court grants bail to interstate illegal firearms supplier in Arms recovery case ANI | Updated: Mar 03, 2021 11:41 IST New Delhi [India], March 3 (ANI): Delhi s Patiala House Court has granted bail to a person who is accused of being an interstate illegal firearms supplier in an Arms recovery case. The court on Tuesday while granting bail, said, In view of the facts and circumstances that since the accused is in Judicial Custody since November 29, 2020, and recovery has already been done from him, no purpose shall be served to put him behind the bars any further. Accordingly accused Sabir is accorded bail with a bail bond of Rs 1 lakh.
