Daily Post Nigeria Published After the working visit of the Delta State Commissioner of Police, CP Ari Muhammed Ali, to the Warri Area Command of the Nigeria Police Force,NPF, suspected cultists on Wednesday shot dead one Ekpo Kperegbeyi in Ugbori community in Warri South Local Government Area of the state. The incident occurred at about 2:30pm even the CP was still in town. It was learnt that the suspected cultists stormed the area in an ash-coloured Toyota Camry (Spider) car, opened fire on the deceased at close range, and ensured he breathed his last before they zoomed off. At the time of filing this report, policemen from “A” Division Headquarters, Warri had evacuated the remains of the deceased and deposited same at the morgue with the assistance of Chief Mike Odeli, the Olorogun of Warri Kingdom. ....

The Prosecutor, Amina Yahaya, told the court that the husband, Babangida Ibrahim reported the case at Sheka Police Division Kano on January 22. At about 8:21p.m. on that day, Auwal, the second wife, had a misunderstanding with the first wife, Sha’awa Isma’il. January 11 - 2021 ATBARA / DARFUR Atbara during yesterday s violent protests (Social media) Police officers shot a suspect dead in Atbara, River Nile state, yesterday. Five were wounded, including a policeman who was stabbed. In Darfur, a policeman was killed, a man was kidnapped, displaced people were attacked, and a young girl was raped. Speaking to Radio Dabanga from Atbara, witnesses reported that police officers raided a house in El Wehda neighbourhood in the town, in search of a suspect known by the name of Jamal Abdu.
