(MENAFN - Tribal News Network) MIRANSHAH: At least three persons, including two children, lost their lives and seven others were injured in a gas cylinder blast inside a house in Mir Ali tehsil of North Waziristan tribal district on Saturday.
Rescue sources said the incident happened in Khadi village in Mir Ali where a gas cylinder explosion caused three deaths and seven injuries. The injured people were shifted to Mir Ali Hospital by the rescue personnel and local people.
The sources said the deceased and the injured persons belong to the same family.
Gas cylinder blasts are common in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa during winters. Due to little carelessness or fault in cylinder, such incidents happen which often result into life loss and injuries.
Chief Minister’s adviser accused of harassing woman

PESHAWAR: A lady from Kohat has leveled serious allegations of sexual harassment against Advisor to the Chief Minister Ziaullah Bangash. In a video that went viral on social media, the woman appealed to Prime Minister Imran Khan to take notice of the harassment. The woman has also hinted at leaving Kohat due to intense pressure from the Advisor to CM.
However, the Adviser to the Chief Minister on Information Technology and Member Provincial Assembly from Kohat Ziaullah Bangash has denied the allegations of the woman and termed them as lies. Ziaullah Bangash has sent a legal notice to the woman on the release of the video. In the video, a woman named Rahatul Ain has leveled serious allegations against Ziaullah Bangash which cannot be written.
KOHAT: A house was razed to the ground and an elderly woman received serious burn injuries in a gas leak blast in Hayat Shaheed Colony here in the wee hours of Saturday.
House owner Hassan Khan told reporters that SNGPL was to be blamed for the incident as gas supply was turned on and off without any schedule. He said it was the third incident in his locality.
He said the blast occurred when a family member awoke at 3am and tried to light up a gas heater. He added that children remained unscathed as they were asleep in another room.
