Taylor Wimpey East Anglia said its Stour View site, in Brantham, will open on Sunday. The build consists of houses ranging from two to five bedrooms at the site in Brooklands Road. The firm announced it is proving “incredibly popular,” with more than half of the properties which were made available during the pre-launch event at the start of the month having now been reserved. On May 30 and 31, customers will be able to hear all about the first full collection of homes to be released at Stour View. Caroline Carter, sales and marketing director for the company, said: “There’s so much to see and do in Brantham, it’s easy to see why we have already received a huge amount of interest.” ....

Brantham Athletic Football Club was established in 1887 and currently has teams playing in the Thurlow Nunn Eastern Counties Premier Division, as well as in the Essex and Suffolk Border League. Taylor Wimpey, which is making contributions to nearby community facilities ahead of its Stour View development, said the club was a much-loved local organisation worthy of extra support. ....
